Construction Milestones and Delivery Timeline

Construction progresses with precision and adherence to strict project schedules. Core civil works across all structural disciplines are approaching full completion. By early 2026, the Grade-A corporate suites, grand entrance lobby, dedicated fifth-floor executive floor, and corporate fitness center will be fully delivered. The concrete superstructure of the 120-meter high-rise tower stands complete, while the structural steelworks and building envelope—encompassing the high-performance unitized glass facade, along with architectural aluminum and porcelain ceramic cladding—are nearing final execution. Core-and-shell handover is slated for early December 2025.

Exterior architectural integration is similarly accelerating. The architectural facade illumination has reached its final testing phase, progressing concurrently with surrounding public realm hardscaping and municipal connections. Both external scopes are synchronized for completion by early December 2025. The permanent Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) positioned on the 26th floor is 95% complete and will transition to full operational status shortly.

Internally, the installation of advanced mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and high-speed vertical transportation systems proceeds strictly on schedule. The multi-level subterranean parking facility is practically complete, fully aligned with the December 2025 target. With the vast majority of office plates committed to multinational corporations and established Cypriot institutions, internal fit-out and category-B works are actively underway as incoming corporate tenants customize spaces to bespoke operational requirements and corporate branding.
