Neocleous Tower Construction Enters Final Stage in Central Limassol
Neocleous Tower in the heart of Limassol is steadily transforming into one of the island’s most innovative office developments. Construction is progressing confidently and remains fully on schedule. Major works across all areas are nearing completion. By early 2026, the offices, lobby, 5th floor and gym will be ready to welcome the first tenants. The 120 meter concrete frame is complete, and the steel structures and building shell — including the glass façade and aluminium and ceramic cladding — are on track for full completion next month. Core and shell works are expected to finish by early December 2025.
On the exterior, façade lighting is nearly finished, and external landscaping is advancing in parallel. Both stages are expected to be completed by early December 2025. The building maintenance unit on the 26th floor is 95% complete and will soon be fully operational.
Inside the tower, mechanical, electrical and lift installations are progressing smoothly on all levels. The underground parking is almost complete, also aligned with the December 2025 delivery schedule. Most office floors have already been secured by leading local and international companies, and fit-out works are moving quickly as tenants shape their workspaces to match their identity and operational needs.

The tower has already become a benchmark for sustainable commercial development in Cyprus. It is the first Class A office project on the island pursuing LEED Gold certification, now in Stage 4 Review — the final step before official approval.
