Cyprus Luxury Real Estate Market in 2026: Limassol Leads with €107 Million in Major Property Deals
The Cyprus luxury real estate market continues to demonstrate strong resilience and sustained demand from international investors. During the first quarter of 2026, the combined value of the 50 largest property transactionsacross the island reached €197.7 million, highlighting continued confidence in Cyprus as a premier investment destination.

Limassol Remains the Leading Luxury Property Market
Limassol once again ranked as Cyprus’ most active luxury real estate market.
Out of the 50 largest property transactions, 29 were completed in Limassol, with a combined value of €107.2 million, representing more than half of the total value of the island’s largest property deals during the quarter.
Paphos ranked second with 17 transactions worth €71.8 million, while Larnaca, Nicosia and Famagusta accounted for a significantly smaller share of the market.

The Largest Transaction of the Quarter
The largest property transaction recorded during Q1 2026 was the sale of a land plot with an existing building in the Moni area of Limassol, valued at €19.7 million.
Notably, the ten largest transactions alone represented €83.9 million, with six involving development land. This reflects growing confidence among developers and institutional investors in the long-term prospects of the Cyprus property market.
