2. Client Selection
We send these lists to our clients. You review the properties and send us the reference number of the one you’re interested in.
3. Property Verification
We check the selected property - confirming its legal status, availability, and current condition.
4. Detailed Description & Photos
After verification, we provide a full property report, condition summary and additional photos.
5. Property Viewing
If you’re interested, the property must be viewed before the following Monday. We arrange the viewing for you.
6. Auction Application
If everything meets your expectations, we submit the official auction application on Monday.
7. Required Documents
To participate in the auction you’ll need:
A copy of your passport (for individuals);
For companies: four registration certificates + the director’s passport.
8. Auction Results
By Tuesday at 9:00 a.m., the final price is announced. We discuss it with you, and if you agree, we place a slightly higher bid - ensuring you win the property.
9. Commission
Our service commission is paid by the client after the successful acquisition of the property.
